Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we do. No matter where you are, we’ll do our best to bring a little warmth from TOASTI straight to your doorstep.
Where do you ship from?
Our hand warmers are packed with care and shipped from our trusted partner warehouse. We work closely with our suppliers to ensure every order arrives safely and as quickly as possible.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because we process orders quickly, changes or cancellations are only possible within 12 hours of placing your order. After that time, your order will already be on its way - but don’t worry, you’re always welcome to return it once it arrives.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
When will my order be processed?
Orders are handled between Monday and Friday and are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During holidays or busy periods, please allow a little extra time. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders usually arrive within 1–2 weeks, depending on your location. UK orders typically arrive sooner, while international shipping can take a little longer.
What if I don’t receive my order?
If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days after shipping, please contact us - you’ll be eligible for a replacement or full refund.

All prices on our website are listed tax-free in GBP. Most customers don’t experience extra charges, but depending on your country’s customs rules, you may be asked to pay duties or import taxes when your order arrives. These are determined by your local customs office and aren’t covered by TOASTI.

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Most banks take 7–10 business days to complete the transfer, but times may vary depending on your provider.
